This lecture will be a review of the causes, diagnosis and management of abnormal uterine bleeding at different stages of women's lives, geared toward patients seen in the primary care setting.

Understand the evaluation and definitions related to abnormal uterine bleeding and how to determine and differentiate the causes based on patient's history and age
Describe differential diagnoses and methods of evaluation to determine the causes of abnormal bleeding
Discuss different alternatives for management and monitoring, as well as further evaluation and referrals
