This lecture provides an overview of orthopedic conditions that are likely to appear on family medicine board certification exams. The content will cover pediatric, adult and geriatric orthopedic history and physical exam findings in order to differentiate these conditions.
Learning Objectives:
Identify common orthopedic conditions based on history and physical exam findings
Create a treatment plan for commonly identified orthopedic conditions, including OMT
Examine different musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders due to physical activities as a child
Differentiate common MSK disorders that present frequently in the geriatric population
