The Patient Perspective: Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
Program Overview

Optimal use of CGM is contingent on appropriate patient education and support, as well as practical considerations to ensure success with use of the devices. This activity blends didactic and case-based content. During each case presentation, faculty explore common clinical scenarios and highlight practical strategies to address these clinical situations.

Select appropriate CGM device based on patient history and other characteristics

Address patient questions related to the use of CGM in glucose monitoring

Identify support strategies for patients utilizing CGM to monitor blood glucose levels
