Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations are non-transferable. To receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, cancellations must be in writing and received by February 26, 2021. After this date, all registrations are non-refundable.

Registration Instructions:

1. Sign in.

  • Your username is your AOA #.
  • If you need assistance with your password or registration, call 847-952-5100 or email registration@acofp.org.
     
2. Click on Register Myself or Register Someone Else.

3. Answer the required questions and click Update Response.
 
4. Verify/update your email address and mobile phone numbers.

  • Please note: An email address is required to receive information about logging into the virtual rooms.

5. Click Save.

6. Click Proceed to Checkout.
