This session will be focused on reviewing current trends in physician office-based workplace violence and determining what are effective strategies to proactively approach creating a secure, safe, and strategic environment to mitigate risks.

Learning Objectives:
Review current data on workplace violence in the medical field, including prevalent trends and concerns.
Identify valid strategies to prevent workplace violence based on information from health and safety resources.
Develop a strategy that focuses on creating a secure, safe, and strategic environment.
