Wyatt Eikermann, DO
REGION 5
Resident Council
My name is Wyatt Eikermann, and I am a first year family
medicine resident at the University Hospital in Columbia, MO. My interests in
medicine are addiction medicine, wound care, and rural medicine. I was active
in my school’s SACOFP chapter and started getting more involved with committees
at the national level and was the Student Governor on the ACOFP Board of
Governors my final year of medical school. It has been fulfilling to be the
voice for osteopathic students, residents, and physicians across the country
advocating for our profession. My hobbies include farming (sustainable practices
such as grassfed beef and pasture raised chickens), gardening, hanging out with
friends, and playing my musical instruments.
