About Briana Krewson:
Biography & Education
Briana Krewson, DO, MPH, is a PGY-2 resident at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Family Medicine Residency Program. She earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and completed her Master of Public Health at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, before attending medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Drawn to the breadth and variety of family medicine, Briana enjoys a dynamic residency experience that includes hospital medicine, outpatient care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and ICU rotations. She finds community and support among her co-residents, especially during weekly didactics. Passionate about advocacy, Briana joined the Resident Council to support her fellow family medicine physicians and champion patient care at the national level. Her clinical interests include compassionate, humanistic care, preventative and lifestyle medicine, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her partner David and their dog Jake, hiking, gardening, baking desserts, practicing yoga, traveling, and diving into a good book.
