Biography & Education
Sean Pazurchek, DO is a PGY-2 resident at Greenfield Family Medicine Residency in Greenfield, MA. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University, majoring in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, and earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Sean’s days in residency are filled with variety—mornings start with pre-charting over coffee and are followed by continuity clinic, procedure clinics, or other outpatient experiences, with afternoons dedicated to further patient care and weekly didactic sessions. Drawn to family medicine for its breadth and adaptability, he thrives in its ever-changing rhythm. Sean joined the Resident Council to represent DO residents in the Northeast and to ensure their voices are heard in shaping the future of osteopathic medicine. He is passionate about advocacy, collaboration, and making a lasting impact on medical education and the resident experience nationwide.
