Thomas Duffy, DO
REGION 5
Resident Council
Hello Family Med fam, please call me Tommy! I grew up in Tulsa and went to the University of Oklahoma, where I majored in Biology and minored in Intercultural Studies before going to Oklahoma State University for medical school. I previously served as Student Governor for the ACOFP and am thrilled to now be on the Resident Council. Currently, I am in residency at Oklahoma State University, where I use my positions as Wellness Chief and Medical Student Liaison to reinforce the idea that while medical training will always be hard, it doesn't have to be dreaded. After graduation, I intend to continue practicing at an FQHC in Tulsa to address healthcare disparities through the education of patients, families, and medical learners alike. In the few moments each week I'm not busy being a resident, husband, or father, I enjoy playing board games, attempting new recipes, and listening to podcasts.
