My name is Mario Soliman, and I am a Family Medicine Resident at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Lititz located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. My interests in medicine include outpatient family practice, urgent care, and osteopathic manipulative medicine. I joined ACOFP as a member of the Resident Council as I was eager to serve as a bridge and voice for family medicine residents and physicians throughout their graduate medical education and beyond. As member of the Resident Counsel, I am keen to shed light to Family Medicine residents on existing ACOFP resources while helping build more resources tailored to residents’ needs. My goal is to ensure that FM Residency programs throughout my region are constantly connected to ACOFP as I represent their voice at a national level and serve as a knowledgeable and valuable resource for my fellow residents. Outside of medicine, I enjoy anything outdoors, trying out new foods and spending time with family!
