The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) Upper Midwest Affiliate Society (ACOFP-UMW) is proud to announce its official launch, marking a new chapter in regional support and community development for osteopathic family physicians.

The newly formed ACOFP-UMW represents a strategic expansion of osteopathic leadership and community building across Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska, uniting physicians under a shared commitment to clinical excellence, education, and professional development. With this launch, the organization aims to provide stronger connections, expanded resources, and a unified voice for DOs practicing family medicine throughout the region.
