In early June, the first of two 2025 Future Leaders cohorts gathered at ACOFP headquarters in Chicago, IL, for two days of mentorship, leadership coaching, and networking. 14 early-career physicians and residents learned from 5 mentors and got to know both same-level and more experienced colleagues through a variety of interactive sessions and activities.
