| Seek ways to serve the needs of New Physicians in practice less than 5 years and Family Medicine Resident members. Seek ways to involve these professionals in ACOFP initiatives and activities. |
Charge
1. Participate as faculty for the student sessions at Annual Convention and student podcasts.
2. Reach out to ACOFP student chapters to educate and promote Family Medicine to students.
3. Work with KLA to develop monthly podcasts series on regulatory updates, social impact/uncovering determinants and assessing risks and MED talks/medical pearls of wisdom.
4. Solicit nominees for the New Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year Awards and send recommendation to Awards Committee.
5. Assist with the Future Leaders Conference content for 2024, when necessary.
6. Assist with Future Leaders alumni events and the development of two leadership webinars.
7. Support the Membership Committee when needed for a retention outreach plan.
Commitment
Up to four Zoom meetings, with the remaining work, done remotely.Chair
