OMT Next Level: Cervical and Thoracic Module

Refine your osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) diagnoses and treatment and advance your skills at OMT Next Level. This cervical and thoracic section will consist of case-based presentations that focus on a brief review of diagnostic procedures for specific conditions where OMT is indicated, with most of the time devoted to hands-on instruction of specific OMT techniques.  
 
By the end of this activity, learners will be able to: 

  • Discuss OMM diagnoses and treatment in a case-based format
  • Demonstrate appropriate OMT techniques for specific cervical and thoracic conditions 
  • Summarize absolute and relative contraindications of utilizing cervical and thoracic OMT techniques
