Matthew L. Else, DO, MBA, FACOFP, is a strategic physician executive and a passionate advocate for osteopathic family medicine, early-career physician leadership, and health equity. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the ACOFP Foundation, bringing a wealth of experience in clinical strategy, medical informatics, and organizational governance.
Dr. Else is the Chief Medical Officer at Craft Concierge Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he specializes in high-performance longevity-focused medicine, preventive care, and the integration of advanced health technology. Previously, as the Administrative Lead of Medical Informatics at Utica Park Clinic, he optimized enterprise-wide electronic health workflows and value-based care initiatives to improve both population health outcomes and physician satisfaction.
A recognized voice in the osteopathic community, Dr. Else was awarded the prestigious Fellow designation (FACOFP) in 2026 for his significant contributions to the specialty. His extensive service to the ACOFP includes his appointment to the CME Advisory Board , participation on the New Physician Committee , and his time as an elected national representative on the Resident Council. Deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of osteopathic leaders, he frequently mentors residents and has served as an appointed mentor for the ACOFP Future Leaders Conference.
Beyond his national roles, Dr. Else serves on the Board of Directors for the Osteopathic Founders Foundation and is a dedicated community health advocate, working with the HOPE Inc. Clinic to provide care to the underserved. He is also a regular TV Medical Contributor for local news networks, where he translates complex public health data into actionable community guidance. Dr. Else earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
