About Kelsey McKenna:

Biography & Education

Kelsey McKenna is a third-year osteopathic medical student at Rocky Vista University – Colorado, in Parker, CO. She earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Motivated by the inspiring leaders who came before her, Kelsey joined the ACOFP National Student Executive Board last year as the Chapter Outreach Director to help create a supportive and inclusive environment for fellow students. She is passionate about being a resource to others, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with event planning, or simply offering support. Outside of school, Kelsey enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling. She has a strong interest in global medicine and has participated in outreach trips to Panama and Kenya. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Lesotho, Africa.

As President of the ACOFP National Student Executive Board, Student Doctor McKenna plays a key leadership role in guiding the student organization. She leads all meetings of both the National Student Executive Board and the general membership of the Student Association of the ACOFP. She is responsible for maintaining accurate records of official actions, overseeing student committees, and facilitating communication with ACOFP national committees to support shared goals. Additionally, she prepares and presents an annual report to Student Delegates at the Annual Student Meeting and serves as the student delegate during the ACOFP Congress of Delegates.
