ACOFP kindly requests you book your stay through our preferred partner hotels. ACOFP makes every effort to keep participants' expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms for the meeting as low as possible. We work hard to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the meetings affordable. When anyone pays the registration fee and reserves a room with an official ACOFP hotel, you are helping to support not only the ACOFP Convention in 2025, but also future meetings. ACOFP welcomes the participation of students, residents, physicians, and allied health professionals in ACOFP ’25.
Available savings
- For students: registration is free.
- For residents: registration is free and travel grants may be available for those taking the practical exam.
- For new physicians-in-practice (years 1-5) and associate members: discounted registration is available.
- For any other ACOFP members: receive a discount from the nonmember registration rate.
- For ACOFP speakers: a discounted registration rate is available.
