2019 ACOFP Annual Convention & Scientific Seminars



Welcome to the ACOFP '19 Registration Site!

We look forward to having you join us in Chicago this March for the 56th Annual Convention & Scientific Seminars.

ACOFP '19 is offering over 30 category 1-A credits, including pre-con credits. Please note that the member (including first year in practice and retired) and nonmember physicians full conference registration rate includes access to all CME lectures, exhibit hall and a ticket to the President's Reception and Banquet. Additional registration fees are required for selected programs, as indicated. The early-bird convention rate ended on February 13th.

A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved as a discounted rate at the Sheraton Grand Chicago for ACOFP '19 attendees. Group rates were available through February 23, 2019.

Registration Instructions:

1. Sign in.

  • Your username is your AOA #.
  • If you need assistance with your password or registration, call 847-952-5100 or email registration@acofp.org.
     
2. Click on Register Myself or Register Someone Else.

3. Answer the required questions and click Update Response.
 
4. Verify/update your email address and mobile phone numbers.

  • Please note: An email address is required to receive information about logging into the virtual rooms.

5. Click Save.

6. Click Proceed to Checkout.
