Bernadette Bibber, D.O., M.B.S. is a chief Family Medicine resident at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. She attended Colby College in Waterville, ME earning her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Classical Civilizations in 2007. After graduation she spent time in Greece on an archeological dig before returning to the U.S. and earning her EMT-Basic certification. She then taught high school and middle school math and science before deciding to switch careers and earning her masters in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She earned her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017.

She has a passion for Osteopathic medicine and women’s health. Following completion of her Family Medicine Residency she plans to pursue a fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She is currently focusing her research on Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in the treatment of otitis media and feeding difficulties in newborns.

As a member of the resident council and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine sub-committee, Bernadette hopes to foster interest in continued hands on education for our residents and to act as a voice for her region’s residents. She welcomes all suggestions and ideas that medical students or residents wish to share.
