The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians is the only national organization committed to serving the unique needs of family physicians who practice osteopathically. Here are some of the reasons you should join more than 25,000 family physicians, residents and medical students across the country and become a member of ACOFP:

Join for advocacy. Over the past two years, ACOFP has significantly invested resources into our advocacy efforts so that the needs of family physicians are represented. This has been especially imperative in light of the pandemic and its direct challenges to practicing physicians. From our weekly newsletter to keep members informed on legislation and regulatory updates, to comment letters to members of Congress, to advocacy education, ACOFP works tirelessly on behalf of its membership.

Join for OMT. Osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) can be used to treat a wide variety of common ailments and pain for patients of all ages—and no one offers better OMM resources for family physicians than ACOFP. In addition to our OMTotal video library, featuring step-by-step demonstrations of more than 150 osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) procedures, ACOFP offers an Osteopathic and Integrative Medicine Track at Intensive Osteopathic Update and hands-on training at OMT Boot Camp, held twice a year.

Join for community. At ACOFP, you're not just one of the many—you're a member of the family. Whether you want to join your family medicine colleagues on a committee or mingle at a virtual or in-person event, no other organization keeps you connected to your colleagues and friends like ACOFP.

BONUS: Sign up today and get a free subscription to OMTotal, the largest OMT video library, with your membership!
