The ACOFP 56th Annual Convention & Scientific Seminars will take place March 21-24, 2019 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Attendees will earn over 30 AOA Category 1-A CME credits.

A limited number of Club Level rooms are available at a rate of $249/night at the Sheraton Grand Chicago for ACOFP '19 attendees. Booking information will be provided in your registration confirmation.
The Loews Chicago Hotel which is directly across the street from the Sheraton Grand Chicago (150 feet from front door to front door) has rooms available for ACOFP '19 attendees at a rate of $209/night.
The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, which is a 5-minute walk from the Sheraton Grand Chicago, has rooms available for ACOFP '19 attendees at a rate of $199/night. Make your reservation online or by calling 1-800-628-2112. Group rates are available through March 1, 2019.
PARKING
Parking is available at the Sheraton Grand Chicago at a discounted rate of $35 (12-24 hours self parking) or $47 (12-24 hours valet parking).
Parking is also available for overnight and daytime guests at the nearby Ogden Plaza Self Park, which has direct access to the Sheraton Grand Chicago.
The Loews Hotel Chicago has overnight valet parking for $69 for 24 hours. Self-park is $44 for 24 hours at the RiverEast 21 Parking Lot at 322 East Illinois Street. Self-parking tickets need a validation from the Loews Registration Desk to confirm $44 price.
The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile offers overnight parking for $71.00 for 24 hours and guests have in and out privileges
Don’t miss the Health Expo at ACOFP ’19! There will be interactive and educational opportunities designed to increase the awareness of fitness resources and products that may improve both patient care and the personal wellness of the family physician. Activities will include yoga, tai chi, 5K run/walk in the city and more.
There is NO additional fee to participate in Health Expo events.
