CME Evaluations
If you have completed the evaluations online, please take a moment to log in and click on the Certificate icon to save your certificate. This completes the online CME process and allows ACOFP to report your CME hours to the AOA.
If you have not completed the evaluations yet, please take a moment to do so as this is the only way to obtain credit for this course. You will only receive CME credit for those activities for which you complete an evaluation.
The deadline to complete your online evaluation and attestation was Monday, May 7, 2018. Your CME hours will be reported to the AOA following this date.
To Claim Your CME Credit:
- Log in to your ACOFP account
- Go to My ACOFP in the menu, then click on Evaluations
- Select View 2018 Convention CME Activity
