Opening Keynote Session:
Power Through the People: Diversity Is Disruption
Presenter: Sekou Andrews

It is uncomfortable, volatile and disrupts the stasis of “sameness.” And yet—just like with disruption—the organizations that are facing and embracing diversity end up stronger, smarter and higher performing than their counterparts.

In this fresh and unexpected keynote session, Sekou Andrews will create a safe space for us to grapple with this troublesome topic, delivering research, best practices and proven takeaways to help us understand how diversity and inclusion can stimulate our innovation and strengthen our whole-person approach to serving patients.

Andrews promises to leave us laughing until it hurts and shifting in our seats as we learn how to serve diverse communities, empower diverse team members and include diverse voices in our collective success story.
