Description
Clinical Conundrums in Urgent Care is made for both the urgent care and primary care physician to guide clinical management in the office. These cases will review pertinent clinical guideline updates over the last year. We will discuss how to handle some difficult patient scenarios. Clinical pearls will be discussed regarding common ailments.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this session, the learner will be able to:
  1. Identify specific ways that treating fractures in the elderly differs from the general population.
  2. Describe ways to remove safely foreign objects from the external ear canal.
  3. Formulate rational rebuttals to uphold antibiotic stewardship principles regarding treatment of viral illnesses.
