Which type of membership is right for you?

Physician Membership

Active members shall have completed AOA-approved post-doctoral training or Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) approved post-doctoral training or has been in active family medicine for greater than six years.  The Committee on Membership may recommend to the Board of Governors a waiver of these requirements based on individual considerations. 

Dues
Practicing Physician: $345
First-Year in Practice Physician: $150
Military/Federal Health: $60
Retired Physician: $60

Resident Membership

Resident members shall be in a family medicine post-doctoral program accredited by AOA or ACGME. 

Dues:

1st Year Resident: No Fee
2nd Year Resident: No Fee
3rd Year Resident: No Fee
4th Year Resident: No Fee

Student Membership

Student members shall be students in pre-doctoral osteopathic training programs accredited by AOA, who are also members of their local undergraduate chapter located within the geographic boundary served by the ACOFP affiliate society.

Dues:
1st Year Student: No Fee
2nd Year Student: No Fee
3rd Year Student: No Fee
4th Year Student: No Fee
