You must first install an aggregator or pod receiving software that allows you to subscribe to a podcast feed and download files. Most aggregators are free. Here are two popular aggregators: Juice
iTunes There are many others -- search for 'podcast software' or ‘media aggregator rss’ to find even more options. Many RSS readers that support processing enclosures can be used with this service.
Use your aggregator to subscribe to the feed and download the podcasts to your MP3 player, such as an iPod, or your computer. In some cases, you will need to copy and paste the podcast URL into your aggregator. Several times a day, the aggregator will then check the podcast web site for new files and download them to your device.
