George T. Sawabini, DO, FACOFP was re-elected as the Secretary/Treasurer of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) for a one-year term in 2007-2008.

A board-certified family physician, Dr. Sawabini is a graduate of University of Oklahoma in Normon, Oklahoma and the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.

He has served ACOFP as the Chairman of the Committee on Preventive Medicine and as the 1997/1998 President of the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
