A board-certified family physician, Dr. Morris is a 1978 graduate of the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa.

A New York native, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, served as chairman of the Board of Directors at the New Jersey Osteopathic Education Foundation and as president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and is a past president of the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, for which he was named Physician of the Year in 1996.  Dr. Morris has been in private practice in Carlstadt, New Jersey for more than 20 years.
