Your Board of Governors Fired Up
Lynn Wilson"What gets me fired up? Seeing the future of our profession. ACOFP has many programs showcasing the future of our profession, including the Student Association of the ACOFP and the New Physicians and Residents Committee. Students involved as National Leaders as well as our Chapter Officers show enthusiasm for all aspects of Osteopathic Family Medicine. Every month the National Student Board creates a newsletter showcasing one chapter that has gone above and beyond that month, as well as providing board review questions and tips and tricks for chapters struggling for membership. The New Physicians and Residents Committee promotes Resident Recruiters and their Family Medicine Programs to students throughout the country. These individuals are volunteers who really help get the student body excited about family medicine. I can't wait to see what lies ahead as the student leaders continue on their journey to become family physicians and new students step up to take their place!"

--Lynn M. Wilson, OMS IV, Student Academic Member to the ACOFP Board of Governors.
