What is My ACOFP Member Number & How Do I Get a Membership Card?

member card imageYour ACOFP Member Number is your personal passkey to gain access to ACOFP’s student member services including PDA downloads, Residency Power Search, and The Career Center.

Remembering your member number is as easy as one, two, three:

  1. Go to www.acofp.org
  2. Login to the Members only section with your username (AOA/ACOFP ID Number) and password (last name and the year 2002 with no spaces; i.e. smith2002)
    Troubleshooting: Forgot your username and password or don’t know your ID number? No problem. Just enter your email address and ACOFP will instantly email you your credentials.
  3. Click on ‘My Membership Card.” A PDF version of your membership card is  produced. Save a copy of your ACOFP Membership Card on your hard drive and print off one copy for your wallet.

  1. As a student member, your registration for yourself and a guest is FREE.  Once you graduate the cost is $200/each.
  2. As a student member, your Fun Night ticket for the House of Blues is FREE. The Evening includes Southern Delta cuisine and a private music show.   Once you graduate the cost is $100.
  3. Osteopathic Residency Program Fair/Student and Resident Reception. AOA accredited residency programs will be exhibiting with representatives on hand to answer your questions. This is a unique chance to talk with residency programs from around the country in one location. 
  4. Education opps include OMM Demonstrations and a Student Comlex-PE Program.
  5. Sun and fun in March!

Twenty-five $1000 Scholarships Available

We've extended the deadline to submit your Scholarship application to February 15, 2007 – Don’t miss out on your chance for $1,000. 

 

Do It Now – Download and complete the application form, write the letter and send email requests for the recommendations.

The deadline to submit your application for one of the twenty-five $1,000 individual scholarships funded by the Auxiliary to the ACOFP is now February 15, 2007. This extended deadline will not eliminate any students whose applications had already been received by the original August 18, 2006 deadline.

SAACOFP Student Board – Play A Part in Determining the Future of Osteopathic Medicine

Nominations for the 2007-2008 National Student Association of the ACOFP Executive Board of Officers are now open.  Elections will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 9:30 am during the ACOFP 44th Annual Convention & Exhibition.   

How do you become a member of the SAACOFP Executive Board of Officers?

  1. Determine if you meet the criteria for the position you’re running for. 
  2. Submit a letter of intent and CV to Tobi Kelmer at tobik@acofp.org by March 1, 2007. 
  3. Attend the 44th Annual Convention & Exhibition.
Candidates have the opportunity to speak about their qualifications for office and hand out copies of their letter of intent and CV on Friday, March 16, 2007 during the 8:00 – 9:30am Student Election Campaign Breakfast being held during the 44th Annual ACOFP Convention & Exhibition.
