Delegates, Alternates and State Society Executives can now access all the documents needed for the Wednesday, March 17 and Thursday, March 18, 2010 ACOFP Congress of Delegates meeting. For your convenience, we have provided the links in this email below, or you may access these documents by visiting the ACOFP Congress of Delegates web page.
Given the positive response and cost savings experienced in 2009 to posting Congress of Delegates documents online versus printing and sending large binders, all of the 2010 Congress documents have been posted on the ACOFP website, and no documents will be “snail mailed” to you in advance.
Please print any documents that you may need in advance; however, we will provide hard copies of key documents at the time you credential on site - agenda, in memoriam, osteopathic pledge of commitment, nominating slate, rules and order of business, proposed budget, and resolutions - so it is not necessary that you print these documents in advance.
