OVERVIEW
The Illinois ACOFP chapter is a network of Illinois Osteopathic Family Physicians dedicated to providing expert advice and service.
Illinois ACOFP actively represents the rights and interests of Osteopathic Family Physicians and helps preserve the freedom to provide the best care to their patients.
Illinois ACOFP works with its members to provide all of the resources possible to receive the latest information on practical and technical advances in osteopathic family medical practice, continuing medical education to provide for continued learning opportunities, and a wide variety of specific member services designed to help our members who have chosen to specialize in family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment.

The Mission of the Illinois ACOFP State Society is to represent and serve osteopathic family physicians, residents and students though our state-wide efforts in advocacy, medical education and communications.
The Vision of the Illinois ACOFP State Society is to be the lifelong partner and resource for your rewarding career in osteopathic family medicine.
