Brian A. Kessler, DO, FACOFP

Brian A. Kessler, DO, FACOFP, is Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, Professor of Family Medicine and Health Policy Fellow at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine at Buies Creek, North Carolina. He was elected as Governor on the ACOFP Board of Governors in March 2015.

Among his accomplishments, he received the ACOFP Distinguished Service Award in 2013 in recognition of his work as a Family Medicine Residency Inspector. 

In 2012, he received the ACOFP Outstanding Paper Crest Award for “Analyzing the Impact of ACOs on Healthcare Delivery, the Primary Care Physician and Medicare Patient.”

Cleveland Magazine named him one of “The Best Doctors in America” in 2010 and 2011. 

Dr. Kessler is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. Before that, he graduated from St. Vincent College with a degree in biology.
