NEW START TIME Congress will convene at 2:00 pm Eastern on Wednesday, March 15, which is one hour earlier than at previous meetings.

A total of 31 Resolutions have been submitted, requiring the use of three Reference Committees. View Resolutions >>

Given the number of resolutions, Delegates will only have access to electronic copies and will not receive a printed set of Resolutions.  WiFi will be available in the Congress sessions and at Reference Committee meetings.  Please come to the meetings with charged electronic devices to access Congress documents, including Resolutions.  If you prefer printed copies, please print them in advance and bring them to the meeting.

Reference Committee Reports are available below. Again, Delegates will only have access to electronic copies of the Reference Committee reports, and no printed Reports will be distributed.

A Consent Agenda will begin each Reference Committee report for resolutions that the Reference Committee is recommending adoption without amendment. Delegates will have an opportunity to remove resolutions from the Consent Agenda so that comments can be made from the floor.

These changes will allow for the processing of all Congress business in a time-efficient and cost effective manner.  If you have questions about the 2017 Congress schedule and how documents will be distributed, please contact ACOFP Executive Director and Congress Secretary Mr. Peter Schmelzer at peters@acofp.org or call 847-952-5108.

All Congress activities take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center
